CLEAR DOCUMENTATION. FEWER UNANSWERED QUESTIONS.
What we can help with
Organize photos of the damage, document the removal scope, and provide records of completed emergency work. With your authorization, relevant job details can be shared with your insurance claim contact.
No payment at time of service — for qualifying jobs only
Some insurance-related emergency jobs may qualify for no payment at the time of service. Eligibility requires an individual review and a confirmed payment arrangement before work begins. This is not a promise that your insurer will pay.
- Your policy may have deductibles, limits, and exclusions.
- You may remain responsible for deductibles, non-covered work, or other amounts agreed in writing.
- Coverage, claim approval, and payment decisions belong to your insurer.
- A submitted request does not establish eligibility or authorize work.
Start with your insurer
Report the incident to your insurer and ask about emergency mitigation requirements and documentation. Keep your claim number and contact information available. Take photos only when safe, and keep receipts and work records.
Our role
We provide tree-removal and job documentation support. We do not claim to have licensed adjusters on staff or offer coverage determinations, legal advice, or a guarantee of reimbursement.
Safety first. Stay away from downed wires and unstable trees. If your home is unsafe, leave the damaged area and call 911. Safety guidance
