EMERGENCY QUESTIONS

KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT.

Can I stay in my house?

We cannot determine structural safety from a form or photo. Stay out of the impact area. If the home appears unstable or you are unsure, evacuate and contact emergency services.

How soon can a crew arrive?

Arrival depends on the storm, your location, equipment and crew capacity, and safe access. The team must confirm availability and a response plan with you. No arrival time is guaranteed.

Do I need a crane?

It depends on the size and position of the tree and site conditions. A crew assessment determines whether crane-assisted removal is appropriate and possible.

What photos should I send?

If safe, share a wide view of the tree and structure, the visible damage, and access to the property. Do not enter an unsafe area for photos. Up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images can be attached, each up to 5 MB.

Does submitting a request dispatch a crew?

No. Your request is saved for review. Dispatch, work scope, availability, and payment terms must be confirmed with you separately.

Will insurance pay?

Your insurer determines coverage based on your policy and the incident. Documentation can support your claim but does not guarantee approval or payment.

Do I have to pay at the time of service?

Qualifying insurance-related jobs may be eligible for no payment at the time of service under a confirmed payment arrangement. Eligibility is conditional; deductibles, non-covered work and other agreed amounts may still be your responsibility.

Do you repair the roof permanently?

Temporary roof tarping may be included when safe and appropriate. Permanent repairs are a separate scope and are not implied by an emergency tree-removal request.

Safety first. Stay away from downed wires and unstable trees. If your home is unsafe, leave the damaged area and call 911. Safety guidance
